The transport challenge

A donor offer becomes a recovery case, then a courier dispatch, then a recipient delivery. Each step crosses organizational boundaries—OPO, recovery team, courier network, air charter, ground transport, transplant center, surgeon, care team, and preservation-device company.

Role-based access control
Stakeholders see only the cases and data relevant to their role. OPO staff, courier dispatch, transplant coordinators, and surgeons have role-specific views and permissions.
